People are entitled to representation in real estate transactions, and should educate themselves.  Buyer representation is often misunderstood or missed, yet buyers can and should benefit from having a fiduciary looking out for them.  Sellers often benefit from higher sales prices and shorter listing time frames when represented by a licensed agent.  Even new home purchasers should know that representation can potentially save them money in negotiation or option purchases.
